When new tenants move in, we assist with the practical arrangements before and after move-in, including confirming the move-in date, arranging property access, key handover, and conveying necessary property information. If there are cleaning, maintenance, or other preparations before move-in, we can coordinate relevant services in advance to ensure the property is ready for move-in as agreed.
